Tabular Alumina is a Sintered Alumina made from high purity Alumina powder without any admixture. It is possible to convert nearly 100% of the crystals and achieve extremely high chemical purity while maintaining the same hardness and density. Tabular Alumina is with big alpha-Al2O3 crystals. It is with Al2O3 content >99%. It is named Tabular Alumina because its crystal is table-shaped. Tabular Alumina is with thermal and chemical stability, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, thermal shock resistance, creep resistance, high thermal conductivity and low water absorption.
