Introduction


GSC Grains

Green Silicon Carbide is produced in electric resistance furnace from quartz sand, petroleum coke and salt in high temperature. It's semi-transparent in green color with crystal structure, high hardness and strong cutting ability, stable chemical characteristics, good thermal conductivity. It's suited for grinding hard, brittle and non-metallic such as cemented carbides, optical glass, ceramics, etc.

Applications:
For Bonded Abrasives: Grinding wheels etc.
For Coated Abrasives: Papers, Belts etc.
For Polishing Ceramic,Lapping Refractory;

GSC Microgrits

Green Silicon Carbide Microgrit is made by high quality Silicon Carbide materials that is fused with silicon sand and petroleum coke in electrical arc furnace. After selection, crushing, seiving, water clarifying, acid washing, water cleaning etc., the Silicon Carbide lumps are made into SiC microgrits. Green Silicon Carbide Microgrits are widely used for making Abrasives, Refractories, painting materials, and it is widely used in solar and semiconductor wafer wire sawing.
