White Fused Alumina for Abrasives (FT-WA-01) is a pure, clear Fused Alumina, which makes the whitest vitrified wheels possible with low soda and silica content. This is the most friable aluminum oxide. Due to its high purity and large crystal size, its crystals fracture comparatively swiftly and constantly cutting crystals to small pieces.

FT-ZA-25 (Zirconia Fused Alumina 25) abrasive is a new, dense and fused alumina-zirconia abrasive produced for grinding wheel manufacture, which can extend life and improve cutting ability. It is produced by fusing Zirconia and alumina above 2000 degrees. FT-ZA-25 is a unique abrasive. It is characterized by a higher percentage of cubic zirconia evenly distributed throughout the individual grain. It cuts more aggressively, last longer, and exhibits more uniform wear.

FT-PA-01 (Pink Fused Alumina), its main material is alumina. It is electrically fused in high temperature. Being added with the right quantity of chrome oxide, it emerges deep pink in color. Its hardness is close to, but toughness higher than that of WA. Black Fused Alumina has good features as high hardness, strong tenacity, better bonding ability and hydrophilicity, giving less heat, good self-sharpening, smooth surface and high finish. It’s suitable for polishing various spare parts such as bicycles, sewing-machine, hard metal tools, medical apparatus, timepieces, glass products and stone grinding.
