In order to supply higher quality, Futong installed 4 sets 3000KAV furnaces and new milling line to produce White Fused Alumina, which promise our stable quality in abrasives and refractory application.
Futong invested production of Boron Carbide, which mainly used in refractory fieldand Polishing Sapphire surface.
In order to meet strict environment policy, Futong establish New Green Workshop whose capacity is 200mt of BFA per day and two new BFA fusing furnaces at 7500KAV
Futong installed two tunnel kilns to produce Calcined Brown Fused Alumina, and Rotary Kiln to produce Coated BFA and WFA which makes us have the full range of capacity to provide various corundum.
Futong established its own exporting company: FUTONG IMP & EXP INC., having its own license of import and export to all kinds of abrasives.
Futong held 30% of Shares of a manufacturer of Ferro Silicon Nitride, which is widely used in Refractory area.
With several years’ maturing experience of producing and marketing of Brown Fused Alumina, and after analyzing and researching of the market, Futong started production of DMS Ferro Silicon 15% powders cooperating with another local facility.
Started as a small factory of Brown Fused Alumina, Futong was first born in Dengfeng City, Zhengzhou, the hometown of Abrasive Materials in China.
